Gaithersburg Cake Smash Photographer | One Year Old

Colette had a rough start to life. She weighed 1lb, 11oz and had over a 100 day stay in the NICU. She came to get her newborn images when she was 3 months old (see HERE) and was just perfect. She was back at 6 months (seen HERE). This time we tried to sneak out for some outdoor images, but the weather had other plans. We snuck in a few before the sky opened up on us.

Colette looked gorgeous in pink!

She was super happy sitting in her big girl chair and gave me lots of expressions!

Speaking of expressions, her cake smash ones topped them all! She wasn’t loving the cake but she sat and played with it long enough for us to capture some of her cuteness.

Happy Birthday Colette! You truly are a special girl and I am so lucky to have documented your first year.
