investment

Your personalized experience includes the initial planning conversation, the photo session, and the reveal and ordering appointment. Your individual session fee of $250 covers JNP time and talent and all additional purchases will be made on the day of your reveal and ordering session. There is no minimum order required, though the average client invests between $2,000 and $6,000.

conversation

We begin with a conversation (online, text, or phone) about your family, theme, and session style. This is when you can ask me any questions you may have.

Once you are ready to proceed, you will sign your contract and pay your session fee. This fee reserves your session in my schedule and covers my time, eye for detail, and artistic processing.

YOUR SESSION

On the day of your session, we will meet at the JNP studio in downtown New Market, MD, or the outdoor location we agreed upon. My assistant Jenny and I will be with you for the duration and depending on the type of session, you will be with us from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours.

customize your order

The reveal & ordering appointment will occur a few weeks after your session. All additional purchases will be made at this time, including digitals, albums, and wall art.

As part of this process, I will assist you in selecting your favorite images, provide guidance on the placement and sizes of wall artwork, and help you choose the best materials for your home or office.

Choices can be quite overwhelming, but I am here to help in any way I can!

When your order is ready, you can swing by the studio, or I can personally deliver or ship it to you.

For many families, custom photography can be a new experience. Here’s a guide to questions that I commonly receive. If you have questions that aren’t answered here, don’t hesitate to reach out! 

  • My studio is in the historic district of downtown New Market, MD. Conveniently located right off I-70 and I-270, clients regularly travel from Baltimore, DC, and Virginia.

  • Yes, I do! Depending on the distance, travel fees may apply.

  • Anywhere from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours, depending on the type of session and the child's age. Newborn sessions take the longest as we go at the pace of the baby’s comfort.

  • This one varies a bit depending on the type of session. Full sessions include a gallery of a minimum of 40 images.

  • No, you purchase what you love from your session at your reveal & ordering appointment. The average client spends between $2,000 and $6,000.

  • This is the time we set up after your session for you to come to see your gallery for the first time and place your order. It allows us to be together through the process and allows me to answer any questions you have about products.
