One of the biggest flatteries in the photography industry is when another creative chooses you for your work. Lisa was redoing her website (Lisa Gorham Creative) and wanted some images that represented not only her brand, but who she is as a designer.

Lisa wanted something simple and artistic with a focus on creative lighting techniques. Her vision and clarity on what she wanted, allowed for me to focus on the artistic side of the shoot and to merry her vision with my work.

We started off in the studio, here in New Market, MD, and then took the show on the road back to her office to complete the look. We coordinated hair and makeup to be done before the shoot, which allows for my client to just relax and enjoy the process. Her carefully styled wardrobe was the perfect match for this look!

When we got back to her office, we were able to let her style and art shine. It made it a much more personal experience and provided a softness and relatability that was a perfect closure to our shoot together.
