With these smiling faces, would you believe me if I told you that this family session was in cold and rainy weather? The rain didn’t phase these girls! I mean, look at that little knee pop! Ok, diva! This family’s coordinating outfit choices are always on point.

Keeping the little ones active with playful posing is always a good idea when the weather isn’t cooperating. Short breaks in between shots to put coats back on to warm back up helped, too. These girls were rock stars! We couldn’t let the last of the fall-colored leaves on the trees go to waste, so this family session was happening, rain or shine, and these little ladies understood the assignment!

I love exploring new locations to bring my clients to. In the height of fall, the trees at this location were gorgeous. There were little areas that lent a visually interesting hand to an otherwise gloomy day for a session.
