Samantha turns ONE | {Baltimore, MD 1st Birthday Photographer}

This baby planner was such a happy girl and seemed pretty excited to be turning one! If you want to look back, check out Samantha’s newborn shoot HERE and 6 months HERE.

We made our way outside and were lucky enough to have a gorgeous day. Samantha loved playing with her parents outside and exuded joy. Her outfits through the session were a combination of Mom’s favorite outfit, Dad’s favorite outfit and some from the JNP closet.

We then brought it inside to capture some images before getting too messy with the cake smash. The basket in the top picture is the same basket we put her in for her newborn photos. I always love doing this because you can really see how much they have grown and changed over the past year.

Then it was time to get messy (or not in Samantha’s case). While she may not have been into destroying her cake, she was very content to just hold the spoon and play a little with it.

I think the mint and pink colors were just perfect for her!

Lastly, we cleaned up in the bath, which was surprisingly not her favorite. You wouldn’t be able to tell though with that adorable smile!
