Glitter sessions are loads of fun for everyone; the final images always turn out magical! Audrey’s glitter session was no different. If you’ve ever experienced a glitter session at JNP, you know that glitter gets everywhere! The sign of a good glitter session is that it gets in places you never thought possible.

Zoe is a fun senior to work with; she is always up for anything! Having Zoe’s session a little bit later in the year allowed for the incorporation of Zoe’s future University into her Senior session!

“Treat yourself” was the motto for this session! Kristyn runs a business, is a wife, a mom, and an inspiration! She came to me with a vision, and together we brought that vision to life! Kristyn wanted to celebrate her 40th birthday in style, and we did just that!

Iyari came into the studio to be photographed in celebration of turning 2! You can see how special the bond between mother and daughter is in these photos. The image below is one of my favorites from Iyari’s session. The way the light catches her eyes as she’s looking up reminds me of why I started photographing in the first place.

I have been photographing the Grimaldo family since big sister, Paola, turned one! But this time it was little brother Mateo’s turn to be in front of my camera! He loved splashing in the water and playing with the little rubber ducky that I provide for bath time. His curious little head tilts and his adorable smile made everyones hearts melt!

I’m convinced that if anyone looked up the word “personality” in the dictionairy, Alina’s picture would be the definition! This one year/ cake smash session was so dreamy in so many ways. One of my favorite things about Alina’s one year session was how much she LOVED music. She took a total of one bite of her cake and danced the rest of the time!

Before I get into detail about this Newborn session, can we just take a moment for this hair?! Diego was a picture perfect model when he came into the studio at just 9 days old.

14 day old Justin (and his full head of hair) came into the studio with big brother ready for their close ups.

Most of the time, we are the ones snapping the pictures and don’t have a ton of ourselves with our kids. It is so important for moms to have pictures with their babies too! This session is a great way to quickly capture timeless images with your kiddos.

Spring Swing mini sessions aI am so excited to announce these unique sessions are back! At the end of 2022, I posted about being out on medical leave at the start of 2023. For the past six years I had mammograms or MRIs every six months, three stereotactic biopsies, and three surgical biopsies. Through these procedures, I was diagnosed with multiple pre-cancerous conditions, but it was after the discovery of lobular carcinoma in situ in September 2022 that I decided the watch-and-wait phase was over. I chose to move forward with a double mastectomy. Even though I knew it was the right choice, it wasn't an easy one.
